Easy marks but what are they?

4 professional marks are awarded for:

  • FLOW - How well planned and easy to read is your answer

    TONE - Is it professional, does it read like the person who writes it would sound

    PERSUASIVENESS - does it convince me? 

    STRUCTURE of the statement - Is it a report, press statement, memo etc

These should be straightforward marks

Evidence shows though that students are not clear how a statement should be structured - so go and have a look at proper past papers in the exam centre and see how a report etc should look.
