a) Advise on the relationship of HR management to performance measurement (performance rating) and suitable remuneration methods.
b) Advise on the link between achievement of the corporate strategy and the management of human resources (e.g. through the Building Block model).
c) Discuss and evaluate different methods of reward practices, including the potential beneficial and adverse consequences of linking reward to performance measurement
