In order to complete the employment pages of the tax return, you will need the following source documents:

  1. Form P60

    - this is a form given to the employee by the employer showing the money earnings for the tax year and the tax deducted.

  2. Form P11D 

    - this form shows non monetary benefits for an employment in the tax year.

  3. Interest statements

    - if the employee pays interest on a taxable cheap loan

  4. Receipts for expenses

    - to compute the allowable deductions
