Organisational Vision, Mission and Objectives

  1. Vision

    It is the desired future state of the organisation and will generally be aspirational and timeless.

  2. Mission

    It answers the question – what sort of business are we or do we want to be?

    For e.g. We want to be a provider of fresh, high quality products for the community every day.

  3. Objectives

    These are the specific goals that set and control the overall functioning and progress of the organisation.

    Objectives should be SMART - Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time-bound.
