Members of meetings 6 / 7

There are 5 members:

  1. The facilitator - They set the agenda for the meeting and ensure that the meeting achieves its objectives.

  2. The secretary - Their duty is to take the minutes of the meeting and providing a hard/electronic copy of the same to the team members after the meeting.

  3. The chairperson- Their duty is to ensure that the agenda for the meeting is followed, that all members have the ability to participate equally, that all views are listened to, and summing up the issues discussed at the meeting.

  4. The protagonist - They are the positive supporters of the issue being discussed.

  5. The antagonist - They are disruptive and have a negative attitude towards other members.
