Problems with meetings 7 / 7

The following problems could arise in a meeting:

  1. The attendees talk too much. The chairperson should impose order to avoid this.

  2. Objectives of the meeting are not clear. To avoid this, the agenda should be circulated before the meeting.

  3. Action points from previous meetings have not been carried out. The chairperson should ensure that the action points are agreed and minutes of meeting is issued.

  4. There is lack of enthusiasm at the meeting. To avoid this, ensure that the correct attendees are invited.
