CIMA E2 Syllabus B. Managing people performance - Leadership and Ethics - Notes 21 / 21
A good leader will have a strong following and a strong sense of ethics.
A leader must display an ethical approach to everything that they do if they want others to follow their actions. For example, leading by example in the work environment and openly supporting good causes.
An ethical organisation may be achieved through identifying and integrating core ethical values, communication, creating an ethical ‘tone from the top’ and maintaining an ethical 'tone from the middle.'
