The Power, legitimacy, urgency method can be used to prioritise stakeholders
Stakeholders will be prioritised depending on which area of the diagram they fall into. Category 1 (A) stakeholders will be prioritised first, Category 2 (B) second and so forth, leaving Category 6 (E) stakeholders to be prioritised last.
Power - Ability to impose their will on the organisation (e.g.) government
Legitimacy - Rights of the stakeholders according to the values of the firm and society (e.g.) very big customers
Urgency - How immediately is action needed
