What is the purpose of a resource histogram?
A resource histogram is a component/stacked vertical bar chart. It's purpose is to determine the resource requirements for the project.
A Project Quality Plan sets out the standards that must be adhered to in a project and contains risk assessment, project overview, configuration management, etc.
Configuration management is designed to track product changes and versions. It includes authorisation and tracking of changes, version control for documentation, and access control over project records.
