This approach looks at four elements needed to achieve successful business change
Organisation
This ensures the change is suitable in terms of the organisations’ business model, external environment and internal capabilities
Processes
Then look at the business’ main processes and their value chain and how the chain will affect / take advantage of them
People
This looks at employees’ roles, skills and competencies and the entire culture to again see if the change is appropriate or the effect it will have
Information Technology
How will the change affect/require business information models and technical architecture
